You’re a selfless helper. You spend a great deal of time helping everyone else and neglecting your own needs in the process. As a result, you experience many stress symptoms, like fatigue, anxiety and depression, sleeplessness, irritability, allergies, digestive issues, headaches, and feelings of being overwhelmed or on the verge of burning out.
You’re a sensitive soul. The evening news upsets you. Loud sounds and strong smells bother you. Chaotic environments and multi-tasking stress you out. You’re able to read the emotions of those around you without even trying. People – even strangers – come to you with their problems because you have a sixth sense about things.
You’re a misfit. You often feel alone, misunderstood, and different than other people. An “other”. You tend to do and think against the grain, which doesn't always sit well with others, so you've perfected the art of "fitting in" or doing it “by the book”.
You’re a wounded healer. You’ve experienced struggle and difficulty, maybe more than others you know. Perhaps you’ve managed it really well, so well that you don’t readily see the impact it’s had on you. But if you’re really honest with yourself, you know it’s there and you know the experience you’ve had with it might be useful for helping someone else to overcome something similar.
You’re a visionary. You’re armed internally with a strong sense of purpose and you’re drawn to things that will create a better world for yourself and others. Now you feel like you’re waking up and figuring out who you are and what you need to do to respond to this pull.
You’re a seeker. You have a sense of unrest that is fueled by the desire to be, do, and have MORE than what your life looks like now. You’re longing for, divine guidance, even if you don’t know exactly what that means. You’re on the cusp of something new (and it feels big) and you’re not sure how to navigate it alone.

The world desperately needs change and healing. As women, we have the power and capacity innately within us to birth a new paradigm of being for everyone, most especially ourselves.
However, we often believe that our struggles are due to external forces, such as our jobs, our relationships, or even some perception of brokenness about ourselves, when these are just symptoms of a deeper issue.
In reality, we need to go below these external forces to peel back the behaviors, blocks, and beliefs that keep us stuck in patterns that no longer serve us and that take a toll on our body, mind, and spirit.
Now it the time for us to change these patterns.
Through my years of in leadership, energy healing, coaching, and writing, I’ve cultivated a process to guide us through this important time of transition between where we are and where we want to be:
Creating awareness is the first step to transformation
Clearing perceived blocks creates forward momentum
Motivating self and others opens the door to what else is possible
Now is the time to navigate through these feelings of unrest and our desire for more so we can clear a pathway to what it is we want and need MORE of.
Now is the time for us to activate and trust our intuition so we can find a deeper alignment with who we really are on a deep soul level.
